March Real Estate Stats for the Kohala Coast of Hawaii

Condominium sales continued to lead the way on the Kohala end of the Kona-Kohala Coast in March, with five sales each in the Mauna Lani and Waikoloa Beach resorts. Kohanaiki and Mauna Kea Resort each recorded one condominium sale and Hualālai had three condominium sales. Home sales made a small recovery on the Kona end of the coast with two home sales apiece in Kohanaiki and Hualālai Resort, while Kūki`o recorded the sale of two parcels of land.
