More properties are sitting on the market for a longer period of time, and we are seeing great options for buyers compared to the previous “once in a lifetime” seller’s market we just experienced. Waikoloa Beach Resort once again comes out on top with 5 condo sales in September, most at slightly reduced prices, yet still considerably above pre-pandemic levels. With 3 sales of single-family homes in Hualālai Vistas, we see an increase in mid-level residential sales showing an uptick and averaging just 26 days on the market.

Condominium Sales – Five condominium sales were recorded in September with sold prices range from $835,000 to $1,39M. The units averaged 23 days on the market, closing at an average of 96.1% of their Sale to Current Price. The price per square foot for these units averaged at $779.
