November continued to reflect the market shift with dwindling sales in all neighborhoods. Mauna Lani Resort led the way for the month with the sale of four condominiums. An additional two condominium sales were recorded in Waikoloa Beach Resort, and one each in the Hualālai and Mauna Kea resorts. The lone home sale came in Mauna Kea Beach Resort at 100% of the Sale to Current Price of $4.35M.

Mauna Lani Resort
