November Market Statistics Summary

November continued to reflect the market shift with dwindling sales in all neighborhoods. Mauna Lani Resort led the way for the month with the sale of four condominiums. An additional two condominium sales were recorded in Waikoloa Beach Resort, and one each in the Hualālai and Mauna Kea resorts. The lone home sale came in Mauna Kea Beach Resort at 100% of the Sale to Current Price of $4.35M.

Single Family Homes – there were no SFH sales in September thru November. Below are the August statistics.

Condominium Sales – There were no condo sales in August through November, below is the summary from July.

Hualālai Resort
Single Family Homes – there were no SFH sales in September through November. Below are the August statistics.

Condominium Sales – One condominium sold in the month of November at $ 4.050M, 100% of the Sale to Current Price. The unit had zero days on the market and the average price per square foot was $1,557.

Waikoloa Beach Resort
Condominium Sales = Two condominium sales recorded in November at an average of 93.6% of the Sale to Current Price. The units were on the market an average of 84 days. Closing prices were $950,000 and $999,999, with the price per square foot for these units averaging at $665.

Mauna Lani Resort
Single Family Homes – There were no single family home sales recorded in September through November. Below is a summary of the first six months of 2022.

Condominium Sales – Mauna Lani Resort led the way in November sales with deals closing on four condominiums. Prices averaged at 97.3% of Sale to Current Price and ranged from $1,217,000 to $2,497,500. The units were on the market an average of 41 days; unit price per square foot averaged out at $931.

Mauna Kea Resort
Single Family Homes – One home sale recorded in Mauna Kea Resort in the month of November at $4.35M, 100% of Sale to Current Price. The home spent zero days on the market and price per square foot was $1,510.

Condominium Sales – Condos – One condominium sold in Mauna Kea Resort in the month of November for $5.695M after just 5 days on the market. This was 100% of the Sale to Current Price; price per square foot was $2,112.

Kona Hills/Hualālai Vistas
Single Family Homes – There were no single family home sales in October or November, below is the summary for September.

There were no home sales in Kona Hills, below is a summary of the first six months of 2022.
