Dan Polimino

Dan Polimino is a 13-year veteran of Real Estate in Colorado, California and Hawaii. Dan was an owner at Keller Williams DTC in Denver (a 600 agent office), Keller Williams San Diego Central (a 150 agent office), and now an investor in Kona Hawaii, Keller Williams Realty Maui – Big Island. Dan’s team in Denver sold between 80 to 120 homes a year. Dan has helped people buy and sell in over 1,200 transactions.

Dan is well-known as a successful agent, office owner and team leader. He was the Real Estate columnist for The Denver Post for five years, has a well-respected real estate blog, and had numerous appearances on local and national television. Dan was the real estate expert for FOX 31-TV’s “Good Day Colorado” and hosted his own radio show on KNUS 710AM in Denver called “Dream House Radio.”

Dan, his wife Jennifer and their two children Micah and Malia reside in Kona, Hawaii. They all enjoy paddle boarding, surfing, snorkeling and any activity in the ocean.

Jesse Carlsteen was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawai’i. He spent his childhood on the beaches of the Kona Coast up to the mountainous landscape of Holualoa. After studying in San Diego, California, he returned to his hometown of Kailua-Kona to pursue his career of Real Estate. He views his clients as family and he strives to make the process as smooth as possible, always with his clients’ best interests in mind. He finds joy in overcoming obstacles and is always ready to take on new challenges.

Jesse serves in his local community and provides his skills to both buyers and sellers alike to fulfill their real estate dreams.

Craig was born and raised in Utah. He learned to work hard at an early age. He was a foreman and heavy machine operator for a large concrete company. He also served in the Utah National Guard with the 1457th Combat Engineers. Like many, he found a love for the island life, and relocated to Maui where he became a police officer with the County of Maui, and received many commendations. Craig decided to become a Realtor and Real Estate Transaction Coordinator allowing him the ability to help people go through a smooth home purchasing process.

Because of Craig’s past experience, he has a genuine desire to help people through challenging situations. He is trusted, thorough, responds quickly, and possesses the determination necessary to make the process easy for his clients.

When Craig is not doing Real Estate, he enjoys his time with his wife, Joanne, and their two children.

Her experience includes putting together effective marketing campaigns, designing sophisticated marketing collateral, and finding unique ways to advertise luxury properties to potential buyers. Her specific marketing skills provide innovative tactics that help sell our clients' unique homes in the Hawaii real estate market.
