Meet the Team
Dan Polimino is a 16-year veteran of Real Estate in Colorado, California and Hawaii. Dan was an owner at Keller Williams DTC in Denver (a 600 agent office), Keller Williams San Diego Central (a 150 agent office), and now an investor in Kona Hawaii, KW Big Island. Dan’s team in Denver sold between 80 to 120 homes a year. Dan has helped people buy and sell in over 1,200 transactions.
Dan is well-known as a successful agent, office owner and team leader. He was the Real Estate columnist for The Denver Post for five years, has a well-respected real estate blog, and had numerous appearances on local and national television. Dan was the real estate expert for FOX 31-TV’s “Good Day Colorado” and hosted his own radio show on KNUS 710AM in Denver called “Dream House Radio.”
Dan, his wife Jennifer and their two children Micah and Malia reside in Kona, Hawaii. They all enjoy paddle boarding, surfing, snorkeling and any activity in the ocean.
Chris brings 24 years of luxury hospitality and sales experience in amenity driven real estate communities. For the past 8 years, Chris has been a top agent selling luxury properties and specializing in private residential golf clubs in Texas and Hawaii. Clients will benefit from his intimate knowledge of Hualalai Resort, Kuki’o as well as Kohanaiki in Kailua-Kona. With a passion for service in West Hawaii, Chris is ready to assist you with your home buying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Keller Williams family, Chris carries the values of integrity, hard work, and outstanding client service into everything he does. Faith and family are paramount and when Chris isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His hobbies include ocean activities, soccer, golf and fine wine.
Shannon’s Real Estate knowledge and proven organizational skills come from over 16 years of experience in a variety of industries. She manages The Hawaii Team’s client care coordination, administrative functions, assists with marketing, and handles many day-to-day tasks. When Shannon is not working, she along with her husband Mike are raising 3 boys in Colorado and enjoy camping, hiking, and a variety of sports.

Elena Nolan is an experienced marketing professional working in luxury real estate for over seven years. Her experience includes putting together effective marketing campaigns, designing sophisticated marketing collateral, and finding unique ways to advertise luxury properties to potential buyers. Her specific marketing skills provide innovative tactics that help sell our clients’ unique homes in the Hawaii real estate market.
Social Media Director
Trisha McCombs is a graphic design and marketing professional with over 16 years of experience. She specializes in designs that effectively communicate her client’s message/brand via social media and printed materials. Working with various types of businesses, Trisha has gained a broad perspective on reaching the right audience at the right time with the right message.
Born in Colorado, Trisha has lived all over the country as the daughter of an Air Force Officer. After graduating with an English degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Trisha and her husband settled in Denver where they raised two children. Trisha enjoys mountain views, Colorado sunshine, and watching the Denver Nuggets attempt to make the NBA finals.
Ragu has a Masters in Business Administration – specialization in Finance, with 14 years of experience working in the Finance Department of Hospitality Industries and Educational Institutions. Since 2010 he has been a top administrative assistant for the Hawaii Team.
Ragu assists with day-to-day operations like maintaining social network accounts, blog posts, data mining, property marketing, transaction management, and client relations. Ragu’s knowledge and depth in the real estate industry are exceptional as are his research and data skills.
