Dan Polimino is a 17-year veteran of Real Estate in Colorado, California, and Hawaii, and is currently a top luxury agent in Kona. Dan was an owner at Keller Williams Realty DTC in Denver (a 600 agent office), Keller Williams San Diego Central (a 150 agent office) and is now an investor in Kona Hawaii, Keller Williams Big Island. Dan’s team in Denver sold between 80 to 120 homes a year. Dan has helped clients buy and sell in almost 1,300 transactions. His experience and expertise contribute to his success as one of Kona’s top luxury agents.
 
Dan Polimino is recognized as a highly knowledgeable, successful agent, office owner and team leader. He was the real estate columnist for The Denver Post for five years, has a well-respected real estate blog, and had numerous appearances on local and national television. Dan was the real estate expert for FOX 31-TV’s “Good Day Colorado” and hosted his own radio show on KNUS 710AM in Denver called “Dream House Radio.” He also did freelance work in radio and television.
 
Dan, his wife Jennifer, and their two children Micah and Malia reside in Kona, Hawaii. The family enjoys paddle boarding, surfing, snorkeling, and any activity in the ocean.

Before transitioning into real estate, Missy spent nearly two decades in healthcare as a hospital pharmacist, most recently serving as the Director of Pharmacy for the West Hawai‘i Region of Hawai‘i Health Systems Corporation.

Her experience leading teams, navigating high-pressure situations, and making critical decisions has equipped her with exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and clear, compassionate communication. She applies these strengths to guide buyers, sellers, and investors through the complexities of the Big Island market with professionalism, integrity, and a solutions-driven approach.

Missy lives in Kailua-Kona with her husband Devin, their children John and Savannah, and their two beloved French Bulldogs. She is deeply connected to the local community and enjoys spending her free time at the beach, gardening, and supporting causes close to her heart.

Born in Colorado, Trisha has lived all over the country as the daughter of an Air Force Officer. After graduating with an English degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Trisha and her husband settled in Denver where they raised two children. Trisha enjoys mountain views, Colorado sunshine, and watching the Denver Nuggets attempt to make the NBA finals.

Ragu has a Masters in Business Administration – specialization in Finance, with 14 years of experience working in the Finance Department of Hospitality Industries and Educational Institutions. Since 2010 he has been a top administrative assistant for the Hawaii Team.

Ragu assists with day-to-day operations like maintaining social network accounts, blog posts, data mining, property marketing, transaction management, and client relations. Ragu’s knowledge and depth in the real estate industry are exceptional as are his research and data skills.
