Generous servings of local-style foods using fresh island ingredients can be found at Hawaiian Style Café. The restaurant offers two locations – one in Waimea and one in Hilo. Both will make sure you walk away replete. The Waimea location ( 65-1290 Kawaihae Road) is open for breakfast and lunch daily. The Hilo location (681 Manono St., Ste. 101) is open for breakfast and lunch daily and dinner on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. Their menu at both locations is extensive with all your breakfast favorites. Word of caution, if you order the pancakes be prepared to share as each serving is more than generous (think plate-size cakes).
