January Market Stats for each of the 6 beach resorts along the Kona/Kohala Coast.

Very low product inventory led to much slower sales in January over December, with no closed sales in Kukio, Hualalai Vistas, or Kona Hills.  Waikoloa Beach Resort wins for the number of sales with 9 condominiums but no single-family homes. Only one condo sold at Kohanaiki and that was Hale Alani 19 which went for less than asking. Hualalai had one single-family home sale for $12,750,000.00. Mauna Lani had 6 condo sales and zero single-family homes sold in January.
