Pule Program Official Rules

• Drawing will be on Sept 15th, 2023
• The Fairmont Package includes: 4.71% GET tax and 13.25% TAT tax, Resort Fee $45 + taxes (4.71% GET and 13.25% TAT) and a reforestation donation of $2. (Airfare, ground transportation, meals – unless mentioned in the package – and any other incidentals are not included.)*
• In order to be eligible for the grand prize of the 5 night’s stay at The Fairmont Orchid you must have at least one valid referral worth three points. A valid referral is defined as a customer referred to us with complete contact information (first name, last name, email address and phone number) and that customer signs a buyer’s agency agreement or seller’s agency agreement with the Hawai`i Team.
• The Hawai`i Team will validate all means of earning points in the following manner and all steps need to be completed in order to constitute a valid entry:
• Social media shoutouts: The customer must tag the Hawai`i Team in their social posts so the Hawai`i Team is notified, or the customer can send the Hawai`i Team a screenshot of their post at: team@thehawaiiteam.com
• Home Valuation: a complete home valuation form needs to be submitted via our online form. The Hawai`i Team will complete a comparative market analysis within 24 hours. That CMA is then presented to the customer in a 30-minute phone call or zoom appointment.
• Google review: Customer posts google review and sends the Hawai`i Team a screenshot for validation at: team@thehawaiiteam.com
• Those participants not eligible for the grand prize are eligible to win the second prize.
• The Hawai`i Team will notify the winner by September 18, 2023 and will keep regular posts and updates on the Pule Program through their monthly newsletter, and social media posts.
