We Can Help You Buy a Home Anywhere

by | Jun 14, 2018 | Blog, Buying | 0 comments

Some of you know that The Hawaii Team is the expert in residential real estate on the Big Island, but very few of you know we can help you buy a home in any market across the United States.

Keller Williams Realty is the largest real estate company in the world with over 150,000 agents, in 32 countries, and over 700 market centers in the United States. No matter where you want to buy a home The Hawaii Team can represent you in the purchase. Now you may be saying to yourself, “But Dan are you licensed in every state?” or “How could you know the real estate contract/laws for every state?” Answer: “I don’t need to!” You see, there is a Keller Williams real estate agent in almost every city that can help us.  Now you may be thinking that we are going to refer you to an agent in that city. Nope! Many of our clients trust us and only us. They do not want to do business with an agent in another city, they only want to work with The Hawaii Team. So how do we represent you in the purchase of property in another state? Easy, we partner up with a Keller Williams agent in the city where you will be moving to. That agent has very limited responsibilities (i.e. setting up showings, helping us prepare the contract, meeting the inspector and meeting the appraiser) and we do the rest.

We (THT) represent you and earn a commission from the seller of that property in the city where you are moving. We then, in turn, compensate the Keller agent we partnered with. What do we do to earn our commission? We are searching for property that meets your criteria in the areas you want to move by using our national databases. We fly with you to your new city and go on the showings with you. We advise you on neighborhoods, school, locations, and help you negotiate the contract and get you to closing. Everything that we do for you here in Denver, we will do for you in your new location.

Why go this route instead of just using a local Realtor in your new city? Because you know us, you trust us, and because we are really good at what we do. We also stay on top of the market better than 90% of the agents out there… no matter the city!

For instance, let’s say you are an investor, but you feel like the prices in Denver are just too high to make a profit. You decide to look at other states and to start buying rental properties. No problem, just call The Hawaii Team and we’ll do the rest. Want to know the top states to get the most bang for your buck when it comes to buying a rental? West Virginia is number one, followed by Mississippi, Arkansas, Indiana, and Alabama. Want to know the average price of a 3,000 sq. ft. home in these states and how you can cash flow these properties beyond your wildest dream? Call The Hawaii Team at 808-913-0899 and we’ll be happy to help you! And don’t forget to tell your friends about us!
