Do you assist with short-term vacation rental (STVR) properties?
Yes. We guide clients through STVR-eligible properties, county requirements, permit processes, and rental potential. When you are ready to rent, Big Island Stays can take over day-to-day management, marketing, guest communication, and operations, giving you a true turnkey investment.
How does your buying process work?
We start with a consultation to understand your goals, timeline, and budget. From there, we set up targeted property searches, schedule showings (in person or virtual), prepare offers, negotiate terms, and manage your escrow process through closing. When appropriate, we introduce you to our partner Moxie Mortgage to explore competitive financing and to First Hawaii Title for a seamless closing. For second-home and investment buyers, we also discuss a management plan with Big Island Stays so your property is income-ready from day one.
