Condominium sales dominated the resort real estate activity in April, with Mauna Lani leading the way with seven condo sales. Waikoloa Beach Resort followed with four sales; single condominium sales were recorded in Mauna Kea Resort, Hualālai Resort and at Kohanaiki. There were no single family home sales in any of the communities.
