Robatayaki: the centuries-old practice of fireside cooking is the focus of the menu at Binchotan, an open-air restaurant at The Fairmont Orchid. Binchotan embraces the long-running creative culinary exchange between Hawaii and Japan. Gather friends and family around the table and enjoy a shared platter of succulent seafood, wagyu beef and crisp seasonal vegetables, all fire-roasted to perfection.
