Hawaii Market Stats for November 2024

Mauna Lani Resort led real estate sales in November with closings on four condominiums and one home. There were three condominium closings at Waikoloa Beach Resort and one home sale at Hualālai Resort to round out November real estate sales in the resorts. Although sales were sparse, the Sale/Current prices remained strong.

Single Family Homes – There were no sales in October or November, below are stats for September.

Condominium Sales – There were no condo sales in from January through November, below are end-of-year stats 2023.

Kūki`o

Single Family Homes – There were no sales in October or November, below are the stats for September.

Condominium – There were no condo sales in January through November, below are end-of-year stats for 2023.

Hualālai Resort

Single Family HomesOne home sale closed in Hualālai Resort in November. The residence spent 0 days on the market and sold for 100% of the Sale/Current price or $16M. The price per square foot for the land/building was $2,881.

Condominium Sales – There were no condo sales in November, below are the stats for October 2024.

Waikoloa Beach Resort

Single Family Homes – There were no single-family home sales in Waikoloa Beach Resort January through November. The last recorded single family home sale was in April 2022, which is shown below.

Condominium Sales – Waikoloa Beach Resort saw three condominium sales in November with units averaging 96.11% of the Sale/Current price or $1.325M. They averaged 83 days on the market, with the price per square foot averaging $1,199

Mauna Lani Resort

Single Family Homes – One home sale closed in Mauna Lani Resort in November for 100.20% of the Sale/Current Price or $4,612,500. The home was on the market for 41 days and the price per square foot for land/building was $2,009.

Condominium Sales – Four condominium sales closed in Mauna Lani Resort in November. The units ranged in price from $1.2M to $2.595M, averaging 100% of the Sale/Current price. The units averaged 152 days on the market at an average cost per square foot of $1,058.

Mauna Kea Resort

Single Family Homes – There were no single family home sales in July through November, below are stats for June 2024.

Condos – There were no condo sales in November, below are stats for October 2024.

Hualālai Vistas:

There were no home sales in the Hualālai Vistas neighborhood in November, below are stats for October 2024.

Kona Hills:
There were no sales in September through November, below are the stats for August.
