Market Research Update:

The summary tables below, taken from Hawai`i Information Service, clearly show the inventory of single-family homes and condominiums from Kona to Kawaihae has dropped, causing fewer sales in the month of November 2021 at 132 as compared to 164 in November of 2020.  We also see that the reduced availability, along with increased demand, caused the average price per square foot to increase from $592.00/square foot in October 2020 to $630.00/square foot in October 2021.

We anticipate this trend to continue through 2022 as we begin to see more international visitors with money to spend.
