In August there were 20 condominiums and single-family homes sold, with the lowest sale being $2,150,000.00 and the highest being $12,000,000.00. The Average sold price compared to the original price was 100.5% with an average of $1,689.00 per square foot.

I think there’s an important note here that if you take a close look at the sale to current price ratio, you’ll notice the average is 100.4%. That means that homes are still selling at full price over here on the Hawaiian Islands.

As of September 10, 2021, there are 45 condominiums and single-family homes actively listed in our MLS from Kona to Kamuela in the $2,000,000.00 plus category:
