May Market Statistics in the Resort Areas of the Big Island of Hawaii

Condominium sales continued to dominate the West Hawai`i resort real estate activity in May. Mauna Lani led the way with six condo sales. Waikoloa Beach Resort followed with two sales and there was one sale at Kohanaiki. Single family home sales made a reappearance with one sale at Kohanaiki and one at Hualālai Resort.
