Sales in October reflected the market shift with a notable reduction in sales in all neighborhoods. The bright spot was at Waikoloa Beach Resort where there was the sale of three condominiums, and all three sales recorded at 100% of Sale to Original price. The lone single family home sale was in Kūkio at 112% of the original price.
