Located on the Kona-Kohala Coast, this 865-acre, Five-Star Four Seasons property features pristine white sand beaches and a black lava landscape. No homes were sold in November or December. Two home sales were recorded in Hualālai Resort in October. Sales averaged 95.70% of the Sale/Current price or an average of $15M. Days on the market for the homes averaged 18 days and the average price per square foot, land/building, was $3,660.

While there were no sales in October through December, there were two condo sales in the month of September. With minimal days on the market, the units closed at $8.6M and $9.985M, averaging 97.85% of the Sale/Current Price. Average price per square foot was $2,871.

The luxury community of Hualālai Resort closed 16 transactions in 2025 – 7 condominiums and 9 residences. The average sales price was $15,065,000 for residences and $7,252,143 for condos – a Sale to List ratio of 96.63% of original list price. There was an average of 10 days on the market and the average price per square foot was $2,654.

The 13th Annual Heiva i Hawai`i Tahitian Dance Competition will be held February 21 & 22 at the Old Kona Airport Makaeo Pavilion. Open to the public and free of charge, the audience will be entertained by lively ‘Aparima, melodic ‘Ahuroa, and riveting drum dances, as well as a competition for keiki and adults. There will be food and craft vendors, including Tahitian black pearls, mother-of-pearl jewelry, and colorful pareu. It’s a great way to spend your President’s Day weekend.
