Two home sales were recorded in Hualālai Resort in October. Sales averaged 95.70% of the Sale/Current price or an average of $15M. Days on the market for the homes averaged 18 days and the average price per square foot, land/building, was $3,660.

While there were no sales in October, there were two condo sales in the month of September. With minimal days on the market, the units closed at $8.6M and $9.985M, averaging 97.85% of the Sale/Current Price. Average price per square foot was $2,871.
