Engawa offers diners a sake-focused dining experience featuring a seasonal tasting menu designed to pair with sake brewed on site. The brewery and restaurant are located at the Hapuna Golf Course clubhouse on the Kohala Coast. Engawa is open for dinner Monday through Friday. Reservations are required and dining times are limited. The restaurant’s menu is designed so each dish complements the flavors of the sake produced in its brewery. Because the experience centers on sake, courses are intentionally paced so guests can enjoy both food and sake together. Dinner typically takes about 90 minutes.
