There were no homes sales in February. There was one home sale in Mauna Kea Resort in the month of January. On the market for just 12 days, the residence sold for 98.70% of the Sale/Current price or $3.835M. The price per square foot, building and land, was $1,508.
Two condo sales closed in Mauna Kea Resort in the month of February, averaging 96.55% of the Sale/Current Price or $3.1M. The units averaged 44 days on the market and the average price per square foot was $1,388.
2025 YEAR END MARKET STATS
The iconic Mauna Kea Resort recorded 16 transactions in 2025 – 7 residential and 9 condominiums. The average sales price was $7,099,143 for homes and $3,954,889 for condos – a Sales to List ratio of 94.5% of original list price. Average days to sale were 106 and the price per square foot averaged $1,657.

The 31st Annual Kona Brewers Festival will be held Saturday, March 14 at the Marriott Courtyard King Kamehameha Kona Beach Hotel in Kailua-Kona. Sponsored by the Rotary Club of Kona Community Foundation, the event includes the early morning Run For Hops and a 1:30 p.m. Blessing by Kumu Keala Ching at the Ahuena Heiau. Event gates open at 2:00 p.m., and the beer taps close at 6:00 p.m. Live music will be provided by Ron Artis of Haleiwa. More than 15 breweries are scheduled to participate from around Hawai`i and the United States, and five Kona restaurants will be offering tasty bites to go along with the brews. Tickets are $100 per person, and event proceeds go to community service organizations.
