Today, the Paniolo are renowned for their expert roping and riding skills, developed and honed on the rugged terrain of the Hawaiian Islands.

The average sales price was $9,680,000 for residences and for condos $4,986,666, representing a Sale to List ratio of 94.85% of original list price. Units spent an average of 79 days on the market and the average price per square foot was $1,984.
