ABOUT
Kūki‘o Golf and Beach Club is a private, residential equity club on the Kona-Kohala coast. Club membership is exclusive to residents and includes a full service clubhouse, spa and fitness facility, dining, 10-hole Tom Fazio-designed Short Course, and ocean sports program. There is also an 18-hole Tom Fazio-designed Championship Golf Course up mauka (mountain). Situated on 675 acres, the community includes 143 home sites.

The first mention of coffee in Kona was in 1840 when it was realized the crop – though planted in other locations – was best suited to the Kona district. There were no home sales at Kūki`o in October. One home sale was recorded in Kūki`o in September. The residence spent 150 days on the market and sold for 89.80% of the Sale/Current price, or $9.3M. The land/building price per square foot was $2,595.
There were no condo sales in October, 2024. Kūki`o posted one condo sale in February 2023. The unit spent zero days on the market and sold for $5.9M or 84.9% of Sale to Current Price. The price per square foot was $3,284.
2023 YEAR END MARKET STATS
Sales on eight homes closed in Kūki`o during 2023 with sale prices ranging from $7.68M to $32M. This is an average of $16,211,250 or 95.13% of the Sale/Current Price. The residences spent an average of 160 days on the market and the average price per square foot, land/building, was $3,517

The highlight of November is the Kona Coffee Cultural Festival.
